      Lack of man power and cutting of hours year on year takes its toll .. and management who have never worked in a shop in there life telling you it can be done when being realistic it can’t

      Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
