Not a good place to work, poor management - Accounts Payable Analyst Lidl Employee Review

Environment is tense, managers are ineffective and unprofessional, for this type of AP position to out of the norm of what typical AP positions entail, there needs to be some level of training, the fiancé dept lacks formal training yet judges you on your performance from the time that you sit down to perform your assigned tasks. The finance dept had all new staff when I started which was a huge red flag. I later learned that there retention rate is very poor. You sit at a table in an open and very distracting environment and are expected to perform at top notch levels again with little to no training
