      Decent compensation. Great benefits.

      Cons

      If you work at headquarters, interacting with other departments is extremely political and competitive. They offer growth opportunities but mentioning growth outside of the company is very taboo. If you join Lidl, there is a strong expectation that you work at Lidl for the rest of your life.
