- I'm constantly engaged in multiple projects - company is moving forward incredibly quickly, tons of opportunities to make a huge impact and accelerate your potential - "all hands on deck" mentality - everyone helps when needed, collaborates on multi-step projects, etc - friendly, young, coworkers; slick office, nice tech, European dress and feel

- you're expected to excel and overachieve. Only those tapped by management move upward - almost too many new employees to constantly keep track of - no free coffee
