      There are good people with a strong desire to work for the overall concept Lidl is all about. However, it is unfortunate the leaders of the US Real Estate team are immature, uneducated, unseasoned selfish individuals that refuse to learn from the experience of their hired consultants and internal team members.

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
