Unfortunately this will sound unfair to any employer afteral it gave you your job! Yes, but only to take your life away. Lidl is an ingrate employer, or better still the folks who represents them.
Cons
Nothing you do is good, if you are not in same boat as your AM or SM? THEN YOU ARE DONE FOR. Pay is good but only to prepare for ones funeral believe me this is a decade of experience voicin out the pain and not good arms I have gained from excesive working. Plus mentally afeted.
