Cons
Franchise owner is untrustworthy, unreliable, unethical, and unprofessional. Regular pay was always later than agreed upon Bonus was paid late also or threatened to be withheld most seasons for no valid reason (was terminated a week before the 24 tax year season ended due to conflict over pay which voided my bonus after compiling around 400 returns this year] Owner creates hostile work environment & extreme emotional & mental distress Wasn't able to clock in or out which caused more issues with pay Owner had me providing another service of preparing 1099s for self-employed clients "under the table" that she didn't end up paying me for either Owner was high when she was there which was few & far between & got high in office (witnessed with my own eyes) All in all nightmare boss!
