      I love so much about this company that I couldn't put it all here so I will name a few: All the people The hours The pay and benefits The flexibility for any working family The positivity and communication are unmatched! So happy to be apart of this company and I cannot wait to see where I go! Thank you for having me.

      Cons

      The training I felt to get your insurance license was rushed. It is a lot of information to understand and retain in 1 weeks time.

      Pros

      They still care about DEI.

      Cons

      Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
