      Great company culture, Awesome development opportunities, Good job security compared to other companies of its size, 3 weeks of FTO at the entry level

      Cons

      Aside from FTO benefits are good not great, the company can be very hierarchical at times, there have been a lot of challenges recently with senior leadership's communications around company-wide org changes

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
