Pay is competitive, the non-senior leadership is solid and seem to care about their teams.
Cons
This company does regular "restructuring" and layoffs on a 5 year cadence. If you can find the right spot and can avoid the layoffs this would be a great place to spend your career, if you're fortunate to do so. Job security is concerning here. I'd never return.
