      Good culture, free coffee, You have good expectations on your current work and what is expected of you.

      NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. I wish I would have known that when I started. I have been interviewing for the last 2 years with no luck in getting a job in that building. I don't want to waste my time with this company.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
