Uncompetitive compensation plan, return to office being rolled out, pulling back on new business, unrealistic pricing compared to competition, over 70% new business rejected. I wouldn't have taken this job if I knew what the reality looked like. The commission structure wasn't disclosed to new hires until after completing licensing and training. I personally wouldn't have taken this position if the compensation structure was disclosed up front.
