      Great coworkers, empathetic direct managers, interesting work

      Cons

      Recent changes to hybrid working policy - inflexible rules forcing employees within 50 miles to commute to the office multiple times a week. New CEO does not care for employees or take their feedback into account, unlike previous senior leadership.

      - team dependent, but my team really wanted to see me learn - team had great culture and lots of laughs - team asked what I wanted to work on and they incorporated that into projects. Forever grateful for everyone!
