      Pros

      The people are the best part of Liberty, because they truly care! Liberty treats its employees well through flexible work arrangement, competitive compensation, generous time off, recognition awards and more. It truly is a collaborative, supportive environment! In addition to care for the employees, Liberty does a great job of supporting the community through philanthropic giving programs, and service / volunteering programs.

      Cons

      It can take a while to learn the ins and outs of the business as Liberty is a large employer, but that size also means it is a stable place with lots of supports.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
