      If you do a great job, there is definitely an opportunity for upward mobility. They value intellect, and want you to do what's best for the company. No jealousy.

      Cons

      You have to be committed to Insurance Defense in order to work here - can become very monotonous at times. Plus, not enough compensation.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
