I have worked for Liberty Mutual for 5 yrs as a sales agent, and up side to working here included the following: Flexible work hours, great co-workers, company location, vacation time.
Cons
The Training lacks, micro management style of doing business, benefits, company products are the highest in the Industry, career advancement all but does not exist, and employee reimbursement promised but never realized.
