      It pays the bills is the only reason anyone stays.

      Cons

      No work life balance as much as they speak of it. Poor leadership skills. Toxic workplace. Horrible benefits package. Unmanageable work load within a 40 hour work week.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
