Pay is above average, 37.5 work week. (so they tell you)
Cons
TOOOOOOOOOOOO many middle and upper managers. the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Work load is massive. unrealistic performance goals. When you leave Friday expect to have at least 10 claims waiting for you when you come back on Monday. We are encouraged to take liability offsets which is a performance measure and illegal.
