      Not much overtime, good pay, so you have time to enjoy your life outside the office.

      Cons

      Management can be very clear about what job or career they want you to take, so growing inside the company the way you want might be difficult. Obviously, this is different manager to manager.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
