      Strong intellectual horsepower amongst peers. There are ample opportunities to change roles within the company. Company has a preference for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Very conservative company (102 years old), implementing change takes a while in the organization as systems may be outdated and the chain for approvals is cumbersome.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
