      Lots of FTO, good training ground for claims, exposure to large accounts

      Cons

      when you use your FTO, you are so far behind when you return that you wish you never took off. Claims Management is out of touch, unrealistic metrics, subjective rating system, bonus program is getting smaller, favoritism, nepotism, cliques, incompetent managers

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
