Pros

Work from home a couple days a week. Pay is decent yearly but hourly is a joke

Cons

This place will work you till you quit or die. I have worked in various claims departments for almost 20 years and never had an issue but five years in this place is effecting my mental health. Seriously, after 12 hours a day and working 6-7 days a week for 5 years frankly I don’t care if they fire me. This is the greediest company I have ever seen. I wish there was a zero stars option. I am leaving just as soon as I am able.

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
