      Good compensation and benefits, 99% of co-workers are great.

      Cons

      A lot of change has shaken up the company lately but I do believe management is working on helping ruffle feathers.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
