      Pros

      There are no pros to this company. If you want to grow you need to look elsewhere. They are very stuck up.

      Cons

      They hire from the outside and do not promote from within. There is no recognizance for anything. I had to work in a basement (no windows) for 2 years with cockroaches. Disgusting! So many politics!

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
