      A good place to start. Get two to three years of business experience here, then move on to another employer that wants employees, not robots.

      Cons

      No respect for employees who improve their skills and knowledge, management has a "stuff rolls down hill" attitude to management. There is no acceptance or tolerance of people who question poor or inappropriate management actions.
