      Great pay, managers that will listen to your needs/concerns, opportunities for advancement ( as long as you have a college degree), rewarded for going above and beyond

      Cons

      Upper management does not always keep promises, rotations are longer than initially stated, stressful work environment and unrealistic performance expectations combined with high claim and call volume

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
