Pros
-Amount of FTO. -Benefits (from pension plan to 401k), Medical Benefits are amazing, lots of tools and services online for provided benefits. -Salary levels are set with no negotiating and are based on performance, can get great increases and a bonus when you work hard. -Opportunities to grow and move around within the company.
Cons
-There have been many poorly thought out re-organizations. Upper management has listened and it appears as a company we are moving in a better direction where the employees are being heard. -Sometimes work life balance is not great but this is being addressed as well.
