Pros
1) Competitive Salary, 2) Great coworkers, 3) Flexible work schedule, 4) Free coffee at the company cafeteria.
Cons
A) A lot of staff reductions in all areas of the company. Staff reductions skewed towards older experienced staff. B) Health Care options are very expensive. C) Culture is trying to change from an "insurance company" to an "IT company that sells insurance". I understand the need to change with the times but, it's trying to change overnight. As you walk with the hallways, there are impromptu meetings with groups of people sitting on the floor...what happened to meeting in a conference room?
