      401k FTO Not much else that is good. It was good prior to upper manager retiring. New management does not even pretend to care about employees.

      Cons

      Low wages compared to industry. Bad management Inconsistency Hard to move up Favoritism Unfair practices Retaliation if you call HR

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
