Pros
The team are passionate, proud and hard working. No matter what happened over the last 6 years they always battled through and management should be proud of the staff they put their trust into.
Cons
The toughest part apart from leaving after nearly 8 years there was the several redundancy periods. Have to see colleagues and friends leaving but it toughened you up.
