      Good teamwork, great place to work, central location, best inssurance brand in the country, one of the best locations to work in Caracas.

      Cons

      Current country situation, sets the salary level imprecedently low, inflatiion levels in the economy, so high that literaly, evaporates monthly income. Salaries are paid in local currency and expenses are calculated at dollar rate.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
