Pros

Very competitive benefits. Low cost of living in Dover, New Hampshire (as long as you don't mind the boredome of the locale).

Cons

My manager was not trained on how to give effective reviews (e.g. "I observed something last year"). My team had more expectations to work at odd hours (e.g. Sundays at 3am) but we were not recognized. Other teams in the same department worked normal hours. Avoid Distribution Systems in Dover. Ive worked for larger companies that treated their employees better. I left when my manager told me in my review that there was really no work for me until perhaps next year and that they would look for things for me to do. I had been dying of boredom for months doing work that was monotonous (e.g. regression testing) and did not use my extensive skills and educational background.

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
