Pros

The company in a whole, is not horrible!

Cons

The problem with liberty is their incompetence micromanagers that act as though they are the only one that can do the job, takes credit for other people’s work, to make themselves feel better. The open door policy is a joke, you go to your upper manager to report your direct supervisor and explain what is happening and they do nothing, You report the bullying behavior to HR and they ignore the situation, you have a micromanager that has either fired or the employee just quit because the department is so toxic, and yet no one questions what is actually happening, When a manager manipulates and deceives people in to thinking that her team is incompetent, when really she is incompetent herself. Shame on Liberty for not standing up to their values for the sake of their employees and stop Protecting their incompetent managers.

Pros

Work from home, only in office twice a month

Cons

-Extremely high paced -Too many claims. Caseload is way too big. -Super stressful having to deal with customers. A lot of them don’t understand insurance or what their policy covers so you will constantly deal with pissed off uninformed insureds -metrics are unrealistic and unattainable. You need to have a 98% answer rate but at the same time you have a million cases and people calling you constantly so this is impossible to achieve. On top of that you have to actually document and determine liability. -Awful work life balance
