      - fast growing Fin tech - potential to get promotion in short period - everything is possible because there is no strict rules and mechanism

      Cons

      - high risk due to a growing company, turnover is very high - technically it is a gambling company - sometimes work in grey area - top management members change every year

      Pros

      Great employees and team with lots of smart and talented developers and staff. Senior management always accessible. Nice team-building events like the annual company trip and a feeling that the senior management really does try to have a strong team.

      Cons

      Decisions were hastily made and last minute as a knee-jerk response to competition or the CEO's whim. When there were two CEOs, one pitted one's staff against the other and created a poor work environment. Entire departments were closed at that time.
