Pros
Office facilities were nice. Pay was okay. Lunch hour was flexible. Most people were friendly.
Cons
My supervisor always blamed me when I was not at fault. Some examples: 1. On a Thursday she requested me to open a file and said it was not urgent so if I could get it open on the following Monday it would be fine. But the next day (Friday) she asked me if had opened that file and when I said no, she sighed on me. I reminded her she said I could open it on Monday but instead of apologizing, she sighed on me again and said, "I will open it myself." 2. Once, she sent me an email that said, "Please report this file." There was one attachment to that email so I opened the attachment, located the file, prepared the reporting documents, and sent them back to her for approval. But she emailed me back and said it was not what she wanted me to do at all. She wanted me to report the sale file of that client. I informed her the file in the attachment was not a sale file, and she then replied that she only sent me that attachment to let me know the client's name. Obviously, she was being unreasonable. But again, instead of admitting her mistake, she claimed my comprehension was not good enough. 3. She asked me to send out a letter and I did. But about half an hour later she found out there was a cheque to be enclosed with the letter and as always, instead of saying something like "Sorry, I shouldn't have let you send out the letter", she simply just said "You better get it back" and blamed me for not noticing the cheque was missing. There are a lot more stories. I talked to the HR but it didn't help.
