      Pros

      very friendly coworkers, quiet environment

      Cons

      The excuse that they are a small start up company is outdated. However, it is still being used to compensate for unorganization, nonexistent sick time accrual, poor management, lack of career growth, and constant daily rushing to get things done because of how unorganized the company is. There is also no work life balance.

      Pros

      Small company, you get guidance and support all the way, my manager was very nice and extremely helpful. You stand out in small teams, and have a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      The only thing I'd say is, there is a lot of competition, so make your work stand out, and make yourself noticeable! Introduce yourself to the different departments!
