I had a phone interview with HR. I did not hear back from him. After one month I emailed him to see if the position was still available. He said it was. , but the response was another month later. Then I had a zoom meeting with the hiring manager. Never heard back from either of them.

Interview lasted 4 hours and was broken down into four parts (HR, hiring manager, team members, manager from another department). They asked the typical interview questions. Everything on your resume will be questioned.

Interview
I had worked as an intern at this company during my senior year of college. Then after graduation, I went to my university's career fair and saw that Lentigen had openings, so I applied, and told my manager, who referred me to the HR. I got the call the next day for an interview which was basically just a formality because I already knew everyone while I did the internship! And the same day I got the call for the job!
