      Pros

      Had the tools I needed to do the job. The company focused on employees. Good pay. Beautiful building in a great location in Reston.

      Cons

      I think it is situational, but I did not have good managerial support. Felt like I was thrown in the pool and expected to swim at an Olympic level with little to no guidance.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
