      Good Pay, great colleagues, 33 days leave.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, weak, no decisive decisions, no experience and unaware of the business they are working in. Equipment is not robust enough for the work in hand.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
