This company does not care about their employees. There is no moral in the work place. They will cheat you off on your deserved benefit including your vacation, personal, holiday, sick time. You will not be able to ever take the time off benefits that they said you will. The most outrageous lie that you will run into is regarding their bonuses system. To get a bonus, you will *require* to bill client at least 48 hr/week with no holidays nor time off during a specific quarter. If you take any time off during that period, forget about having a bonus. So pretty much you will not have bonus half of the year due to the major holidays and the time you take off for vacation if you are lucky enough. Every week you will require to fill out a bunch of nonsense duplicate paperwork to ease the office monkeys' workload in an ridiculous, senseless, careless, aggressive attitude. You will be harassed to get these wannabe high-tech paperwork that are not only inconvenience for consultants and backward technology. They will want you to use your personal time, equipment, data for business purpose without compensation from Leidos. They will squeeze you out of every drop that they can to maximize the top tier leaders benefits and the office monkeys. Employees at client sites have no support from central office including HR. Their HR department is the most clueless, irresponsible, unreliable bunch that anyone would ever have to deal with. Leidos is not a good coop to work for. It's like a cult that try to rob you off your potentials, benefits, personal time for their profits and then discard you the minute you are no longer generating a sizable profit. Do not let them fool you from the so call great benefits including time off and education. Their pays for professionals and experience workers are low and is getting lower by the low-bowing recruiting method. It's like a flea market where you have to bargains dollars by dollars for your worth. They will not pay the appropriate rate for the appropriate skills set and will corner the employees instead of cherishing their skills and potentials. RUN FROM LEIDOS!
