      Pros

      Flexible schedule, if you need to take time off all you have to do is let your supervisor know. If there are any problems and you can't reach your supervisor, they have no problem with you going up the chain of command for help

      Cons

      You may have to work unpaid overtime to reach strict deadlines

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
