      Pros

      Some ops are Remote work and I had grade A+++ managers. Good retirement plan. Training ops if your manager pushes it.

      Cons

      Poor employee appreciation. Shady business decisions especially directly after the split of the company that made the company look good publicly at the cost of employee moral.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
