      ELT are terrible, not sure what school of management they went to but they lead by fear. If you want a life outside of work don't come here, Directors will call you after hours and then get angry if you don't answer. School sports is not an excuse not to be reply to emails. It is a company struggling to stay alive that can't retain people. Exec are bullies.

      Pay. As a remote worker the starting pay is higher than most remote companies ive worked for. Training is well you get out of it what you make of it honestly. If you dont pay attention its hard to follow. Some trainers are helpful others honestly have smart remarks and comments though...

      Cons

      Trainers. If you dont get a good one it will hinder you when you go on the floor and take calls. Contract to contract. If the company doesnt get the contract you dont have a job anymore. There is no such thing as job security in a government contract position.
