Pros

Work is the same as any other government contractor, so it’s the company that needs to set itself apart from others. Sadly, Leidos doesn’t. If you do not aspire to grow your career, and like stagnation and training on your own time, it’s a good company.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of professional development opportunities, uneven management, lack of accountability from employees and management, poor approach to work/life balance. Creates a feeling of servitude.

Pros

Pay. As a remote worker the starting pay is higher than most remote companies ive worked for. Training is well you get out of it what you make of it honestly. If you dont pay attention its hard to follow. Some trainers are helpful others honestly have smart remarks and comments though...

Cons

Trainers. If you dont get a good one it will hinder you when you go on the floor and take calls. Contract to contract. If the company doesnt get the contract you dont have a job anymore. There is no such thing as job security in a government contract position.
