Pros

Opportunity and increased challenge with the apparent trust to get the job done (in my particular field). Self Management. Fair Pay. Comprehensive Benefits (especially for overseas employ)and massive corporate resources and community. The platform for corporate resources and hosting them in an appealing platform and utilizing the power of the internet is above par in my experience.

Cons

A slight overage of corporate over-head fluff not necessary to be effective on the job (some of the training and self improvement requirements), however, I can understand the effort to keep some employees accountable. To an extent, I can appreciate the additional benefits that fluff yields for some individuals. For my particular position, my relationship with Leidos feels impersonal, although I do appreciate having been greeted by another employee, although that individual works at a separate site and in a different field.

Pros

Pay. As a remote worker the starting pay is higher than most remote companies ive worked for. Training is well you get out of it what you make of it honestly. If you dont pay attention its hard to follow. Some trainers are helpful others honestly have smart remarks and comments though...

Cons

Trainers. If you dont get a good one it will hinder you when you go on the floor and take calls. Contract to contract. If the company doesnt get the contract you dont have a job anymore. There is no such thing as job security in a government contract position.
