      Pros

      Former Lockheed Martin IS&GS employee that moved was transitioned to Leidos, for the most part it has gone smoothly, loved that they grandfathered my years of service.

      Cons

      Current PTO in my benefit group with 20+ years of service is only 20 days.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
