      -Good management, engineers are valued -Work-life balance -Professional workplace, low drama. -Excellent people

      Cons

      Many programs are established legacy programs and management has a hard time updating their methodologies, even for new, smaller programs. Lots of Excel/Powerpoint engineers in senior positions who are reluctant to adopt newer tools.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
