Pros

Legora has an incredibly strong culture. The energy across the company is infectious, and it's clear that people genuinely care about what we're building and the impact we're having. The onboarding experience in Stockholm is a standout feature. Bringing new hires together from across the business on day one is a fantastic way to connect with colleagues, understand the company's journey so far, and learn about where we're headed next. The opportunities here feel endless. We're operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving market, which means there is constant room to learn, take ownership, and grow your career alongside the company. Transparency is another major strength. We are kept well informed about company performance, growth plans, strategic priorities, and key hires through regular C-suite AMAs and company-wide town halls. It's refreshing to work somewhere that communicates openly and brings everyone along on the journey. I genuinely couldn't recommend Legora more highly as a place to work.

Cons

As with any high-growth company, the pace can be intense at times, but that's also part of what makes it such an exciting place to be.

Pros

Excellent culture. Motivated, hard-working, friendly, smart. The work itself is incredibly interesting. I have zero regrets joining. I’ve worked at five companies and could not have asked for something better.

Cons

You will be expected to work hard. But I don’t really consider this a con because I am learning and growing a lot.
