Cons
Even with an internal focus on promoting internally, only one person really was promoted during my time here outside of filling a vacancy out of necessity. They preach they "take care of the team" but are not competitive with pay, and the HR/billing team that takes care of our technician revenue generating team is severely underappreciated, understaffed, and underpaid. Even something as brainless and simple as cost of living adjustments required staff to complain before anything was done. Zero compensation or incentive for after hours work unless you have a full 7 hours clocked on your timesheet every day that week. Only L3 would actually be able to leave early if they had after hours work to do.
