Pros

- Senior technical staff are among best in the industry and are always willing to help out - good level 1 ascension plan to make more salary - Swag (sweatshirts, tee shirts, etc) included - extremely high standards which will set you up to be successful when you move on - great company wide best practices and thorough documentation - Certs are paid for

Cons

- max you can really make here is ~80k, no matter the position. Expect that to be your cap no matter what promises are offered. - Owner thinks company loyalty comes in front of paying staff a competitive salary - Owner cannot take constructive criticism (his way or highway) and he has lost a lot of great staff due to this - Always get stuff in writing as you may need it when owner changes his mind For a level 1 or 2 engineer just starting, I recommend this place as you will build a good foundation to be successful elsewhere. As an experienced level 2 or 3, keep looking. You will be heavily under compensated / outpace your salary within 6 months.

We have many technical team members who earn more than $100k/year. Our average pay for technical roles is $64,964/year and we also pay 100% of health dental life benefits. Raises are available to any technical team member who achieves certifications and/or merit based all shown in our ascension plan. We give annual and quarterly raises and attempt as best we can to stay in line with inflation/CPI. I am open to suggestion and we have commonly taken feedback from our team and implemented. I'm not sure the scenario that led you to feel otherwise, but would have loved an opportunity to address it. Alot changes around here quickly, our industry is in constant flux and our growth trajectory means we move very quickly so I can absolutely understand when we don't get it right. Our goal has always been to take care of our team AND clients. As above, we pay 100% of health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We provide reasonable time off and "give and take" policy because FAMILY FIRST. We are not perfect, yet we will continue to chase excellence (core value).

Pros

Great people, excellent leadership, kind clientele. They take great care of their employees via benefits, flexibility, upward mobility, promoting health, free lunches and stocked kitchen, good communication. There is a strong emphasis on results in this organization. Do great work and you will succeed. The company has been growing at a rapid pace since its inception, and it's not hard to see why.

Cons

The work load can be overwhelming at times, but you have a team to collaborate with and learn from, and extensive documentation of common issues and their resolution. If you are built for fast-pace rapid-fire solutions, you will do well here.
